A mis-hire costs far more than the salary: the recruitment fee, the onboarding and training, the months of lost output, and then the cost of running the whole search again. Assessing your shortlist first is a rounding error against it, run once on the people you are about to bet on.

TCS Certified is one assessment at £175 inc. VAT. You sit it once and it is scored against every level of the standard, so your result is the level you demonstrate.
Volume & enterprise
For agencies and in-house talent teams running more than five assessments a quarter, retainer pricing is available with preferential rates and a named reviewer slot. Partner rates, credit packs and referral commission are published on the recruitment agency page. For enterprise partnerships (multi-year, cross-geography), write to us directly.
Outside the UK. We work with employers in the US and elsewhere. Every assessment is sat online and scored remotely, reviewer calls are scheduled for your time zone, and pricing is available in US dollars on request.
