Speed
Commissioning is self-serve. You commission Friday evening, the candidate completes Monday, the client has the report Wednesday. Priority Turnaround (24 hrs) available at checkout for £150 +VAT.

A report on how a candidate actually handled a working day cuts mis-hire risk. Your placements stay placed. Your client retention goes up. Your rebates go down.
Margin
Charge it through to the client at cost, or build it into a retainer. Either way, you own the client relationship. We never approach your clients directly for follow-on work.
How it works for you
1. You commission the assessment. From your own Stripe account if you want to bill through, or on our public link if you are passing it through at cost. Either way you get the invoice.
2. The candidate sits the simulation. Between 60 and 90 minutes depending on level, single sitting, hard-stop clock. We send the invite from hello@thecorestandard.co.uk directly to the candidate.
3. We review and score. Reviewer-signed inside 48 hours (24 hours on Priority Turnaround).
4. You get the report. Delivered to you as the commissioner. Forward to your client as part of your shortlist package.
Retainer pricing
If you place more than five EAs or PAs a quarter, we will quote a retainer that lands below list price. Co-branded report covers available on request at enterprise tier.
